  • cups warm water
  • 1 can 28oz crushed tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp herbs oregano, basil
  • 3-4 cups mozzarella cheese
  • Your choice of toppings
  • Extra olive oil for brushing

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl
  2. Add water and oil, stir until dough forms
  3. Knead 8-10 minutes until smooth
  4. Let rise 1-2 hours until doubled
  5. Preheat oven to 475°F
  6. Roll dough into 16-inch circle
  7. Transfer to pizza pan
  8. Spread sauce, add cheese and toppings
  9. Brush crust with olive oil
  10. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden
  11. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing
