Method
- Prep Ingredients: Peel and dice potatoes, onion, and garlic.

- Blend (Optional): Use an immersion blender for a creamy texture.
- Stir in Cream: Add heavy cream or coconut milk, and heat for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve: Ladle into bowls and top with cheese, bacon, or green onions as desired.
