Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream/heavy cream
Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup butter melted
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Topping:
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Optional: Chocolate or caramel sauce
Preheat Oven: Set to 325°F (163°C).
Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan.
Make Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, then eggs (one at a time). Stir in sour cream/heavy cream.
Combine: Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center jiggles slightly.
Cool: Let it cool in the oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top: Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the chilled cheesecake. Optionally, drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce.
