Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream/heavy cream

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Topping:

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • Optional: Chocolate or caramel sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set to 325°F (163°C).
  • Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Make Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, then eggs (one at a time). Stir in sour cream/heavy cream.
  • Combine: Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center jiggles slightly.
  • Cool: Let it cool in the oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top: Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the chilled cheesecake. Optionally, drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce.
