  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 12 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully cooked, about 20-30 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
  4. Mix the shredded chicken with ranch dressing in a bowl until well combined.
Assembly
  1. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  2. Layer bacon slices over the buns, then top with shredded chicken mixture.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
Baking
  1. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
