  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 pieces hamburger buns Toast before serving.
  • 4 slices cheese (optional) Choose your favorite variety.
  • 1 cup Lettuce Fresh, shredded.
  • 1 Tomato slices Use ripe tomatoes.
  • 1 Secret sauce (e.g., mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles) Customize according to taste.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into balls (about 4 ounces each) and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the beef balls on the hot skillet and smash them down with a spatula. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until a crust forms.
  4. Flip the patties and add cheese if using, cooking for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the skillet.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and adding lettuce, tomato, and secret sauce. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add garlic powder or onion powder to the beef before cooking. Customize your burger with toppings like avocado, bacon, or sautéed mushrooms. Serve with a variety of sauces to please everyone’s palate.
