Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, brisket, jalapeños, and green onions.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal with a little water.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
Add spices like paprika or garlic powder to the filling for extra flavor. Serve with fresh veggies or a salad on the side for a balanced meal.
