  3. Cook the chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Add the minced garlic, honey, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir well, and let it simmer.
  5. Mix in the caramelized onions, heavy cream, and cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Stir until combined.
  6. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and allow it to melt slightly.
  7. Add cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives for a burst of Mediterranean flavor. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
