  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the sweet onions into rings and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan cheeses, and chopped herbs.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture over the onions, ensuring they are well covered.
  5. Dot the top with butter and season with salt and pepper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
