  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper.
Assembly and Baking
  1. In a greased baking dish, spread the meat mixture evenly.
  2. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then arrange tater tots on top.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
