- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, chop finely.

- Remove from heat and add breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and parsley. Mix well.
- Place the mushroom caps in a baking dish and fill each with the stuffing mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over stuffed mushrooms, then bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
