Method
 

Cooking the Chicken
  1. In a skillet, cook the chicken breast over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
Combining Ingredients
  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, corn, diced avocado, and lime juice. Mix well.
Assembling the Bowl
  1. Slice the cooked chicken and add it on top of the rice mixture.
  2. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
