- Place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture in the center of each square, then top with strawberry jam.
- Fold the corners towards the center to create a pinwheel shape.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
