Ingredients
  

For the taco filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Whipped cream Chilled
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Strawberries, chopped Fresh
For the taco shells
  • 12 pieces Taco shells Store-bought or homemade
For the topping
  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs Mixed with butter
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped cream and vanilla extract.
  3. Prepare taco shells and fill them with the cheesecake mixture.
  4. Top with chopped strawberries.
  5. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the filled tacos.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Add a sprinkle of lemon zest for a fresh twist. Customize with other fruits like blueberries or raspberries. Serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce for extra sweetness.
