Preparing the topping
- In a bowl, crush Golden Oreos and mix with crushed freeze-dried strawberries and melted butter.
- Sprinkle this mixture on top of the chilled cheesecake before serving.
Serving
- Slice the cheesecake and serve cold. Garnish with extra strawberries if desired.
