  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened Mix until smooth.
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar For sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
  • 1 egg Egg, for egg wash
  • 1 tablespoon Milk, for egg wash Combine with egg.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface, cutting out heart shapes.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place heart cutouts and dollop cream cheese mixture in the center.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries, arranging them nicely.
  6. Brush edges with egg wash mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.
