  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Additional Parmesan for serving.
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes Adjust based on heat preference.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Searing the Steak
  1. Add steak strips and season with salt and pepper. Sear until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Stir in honey, heavy cream, and chili flakes, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
Final Assembly
  1. Return the steak and cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until well coated.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes
