Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together sour cream and onion soup mix until well combined.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.

Notes

Consider adding garlic powder or fresh chives to the sour cream mixture for a flavor boost. This dish can be served with vegetables or rice for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
