- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

- Remove the chicken and set aside.

- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once done, remove from the oven, stir in milk, cheddar, and Parmesan until melted.
