  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, sear the chicken over medium-high heat until golden on both sides.
  2. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cornstarch, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  3. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the chicken in the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sour cream layer.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Try adding a pinch of smoked paprika for extra flavor or customize with your favorite vegetables. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
