Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cube the sirloin tip steak and cut the Yukon gold potatoes into 2-inch pieces.
  2. In a bowl, toss the cubed steak with kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and steak seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned steak at the bottom of your slow cooker, followed by the potatoes.
  2. Distribute the minced garlic over the meat and potatoes.
  3. Pour in the melted butter and beef broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Once done, gently stir and taste for seasoning, adding more salt or pepper as needed.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Enhance flavor with Worcestershire sauce. Customize with your favorite vegetables. Serve with a dollop of sour cream for creaminess.
