Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine lobster, crab, shrimp, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, heavy cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Carefully stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture.
Baking
- Spread some marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish and top with remaining marinara sauce.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Flavor enhancement can be achieved by adding herbs like dill or basil. Swap seafood for vegetables for a vegetarian version. Offer a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
