- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the sausage and set it aside. In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the chopped cabbage and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cabbage wilts.
- Return the sausage to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well. If using, add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
- Cook everything together for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve hot.

Tip: Enhance flavor by adding ginger or lemon juice. Customize with other vegetables like carrots or snap peas. Serve with a sprinkle of green onions or sesame seeds for added texture.
