- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
- Remove the sausage from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chopped cabbage and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender.
- Return the sausage to the skillet and add soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
Notes
Enhance flavor with a squeeze of lime juice before serving. Customize by adding your favorite vegetables, like broccoli or snap peas. Serve with sesame seeds sprinkled on top for added crunch.
