Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 oz Ramen noodles Use fresh or dried noodles.
  • 4 cups Broth (chicken or vegetable) Choose according to preference.
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce Add more to taste.
  • 2 ea Eggs Soft-boiled for best flavor.
  • 1 bunch Green onions Chopped for garnish.
Vegetable Ingredients
  • 1 cup Carrots Sliced.
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced or chopped.
  • 1 cup Additional vegetables Choose your favorites (e.g. spinach, bok choy).
Optional Toppings
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds For garnish.
  • 1 sheet Nori Cut into strips.

Method
 

Cooking the Noodles
  1. Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Broth
  1. In a large pot, heat your broth and add soy sauce. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Chop your chosen vegetables and add them to the simmering broth. Cook until tender.
Cooking the Eggs
  1. In a separate pot, boil water and gently add eggs. Boil for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs. Remove, cool, and peel.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add cooked ramen noodles to the broth, stirring to combine. Remove from heat.
Serving
  1. Ladle ramen into bowls, slice eggs in half, and place on top. Garnish with green onions and any additional toppings you like.

Notes

For flavor enhancement, add a splash of mirin or a dash of chili oil to the broth. Customize by swapping proteins or vegetables as desired. Serve with crispy tempura or spring rolls for a complete meal.
