  • 1 package Frozen potstickers Use your favorite brand.
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced Any color or mix of colors.
  • 1 cup Snap peas Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced Use thin matchsticks or rounds.
Sauce Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce Adjust according to taste.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh is recommended.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated Fresh ginger adds the best flavor.
Cooking Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil For frying.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add frozen potstickers and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the pan.
  4. Stir fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  6. Pour the sauce over the potstickers and vegetables; toss to coat.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, you can include a splash of sesame oil. Top with sesame seeds or sliced green onions for garnish.
