- Add frozen potstickers and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add sliced bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the pan.
- Stir fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the potstickers and vegetables; toss to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, you can include a splash of sesame oil. Top with sesame seeds or sliced green onions for garnish.
