  • 8 pieces potstickers (frozen or homemade) Can use any variety of potstickers.
  • 2 cups fresh greens (like spinach or bok choy) Feel free to mix different greens.
  • 2 whole green onions, sliced For garnish.

  • to taste sesame oil (optional) Adds extra flavor if desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, heat the broth over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Add the potstickers to the pot; cook according to package instructions or until tender.
  2. Stir in the fresh greens and let them wilt.
  3. Season the soup with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For added spice, consider adding chili flakes. This soup can be customized with different proteins or vegetables.
