Ingredients
  

For the Grilled Cheese
  • 2 slices slices of bread
  • 2 slices slices of cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) Choose your favorite type of cheese
  • 1 handful pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced Feel free to use any color bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced Yellow or red onions work well
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter For frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. Spread pizza sauce on one slice of bread.
  3. Layer cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and onions on top of the sauce.
  4. Place the second slice of bread on top.
Cooking
  1. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
  2. Serve hot.

Notes

This sandwich is customizable. Add spices or serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
