- Fold in the cooled vegetables gently without overmixing.
- Press half the meat mixture into the pan, layer with cheese, then top with remaining meat.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Add remaining cheese for the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
