You Will Need
- 2 lbs ground beef 80/20
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 8 oz mushrooms chopped (optional)
- 3-4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms until caramelized, then cool.
Mix ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
