Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies Crushed
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
For the ice cream layer
  • 1 quart Ice cream Vanilla or chocolate, softened
For the topping
  • 2 cups Whipped cream For topping
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate syrup For drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust.
  2. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a cake pan and freeze for 10 minutes.
  3. Spread a layer of softened ice cream over the crust and freeze again for at least 2 hours.
  4. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
Serving
  1. Carefully slice the cake and serve on plates to show off the layers.
  2. Add extra crushed Oreos on top for a crunchy garnish.
  3. Cut into small slices, as it is rich and filling.
  4. Serve with a glass of milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.

Notes

You can enhance flavor by adding chocolate sauce between layers and customize the recipe with different cookies or toppings. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
