- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until noodles are tender.
- Stir in spinach and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Serve in bowls topped with dollops of ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, and fresh basil.
Notes
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat. Experiment with different proteins, like turkey or veggies for a meatless option. Serve with extra cheese on top for a gooey finish.
