  • 1 lb steak, cut into strips Use quality steak for vibrant flavor.
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes Adjust spice level to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add steak strips and season with salt and pepper. Sear until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in honey, heavy cream, and chili flakes, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  7. Return the steak and cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until well coated.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Enhance flavor with a splash of lemon juice before serving. Customize by adding your favorite vegetables, like bell peppers or spinach. Serve with extra Parmesan for guests who love cheese!
