Preparation

- Slice the kielbasa, chop the bell peppers, and cut the carrots and potatoes as directed.
Cooking
- In a large, oven-safe pan, mix the sliced kielbasa, veggies, and baby potatoes together.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil. Pour this mixture over the kielbasa and veggies, tossing to coat evenly.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
