Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 3 tablespoons butter divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Parsley, for garnish

Method

Cooking
  1. In a large pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle boil.
  6. Add the egg noodles, and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and stir to combine.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating chicken in garlic and herbs before cooking. You can customize by adding vegetables like peas or spinach to the noodles. Serve with grated Parmesan for a cheesy twist.
