  • 1.5 lbs 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter Divided - 1 tbsp for searing and remaining for finishing
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped For garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop garlic and any desired vegetables.
Cooking
  1. Sear chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp butter until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in egg noodles and simmer for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  6. Remove from heat; stir in remaining butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or steamed veggies for added color. Pair with a light white wine or sparkling water.
