- In a large bowl, mix together the protein powder, oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips or sprinkles.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy as a healthy snack or treat!
Notes
For best results, store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
