Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups jalapenos, finely chopped Remove seeds for less heat.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with other cheese.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
For Assembly and Cooking
  • 12 pieces egg roll wrappers
  • Oil oil for frying Use enough to submerge the egg rolls.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the jalapeno mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
  2. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Serve egg rolls on a stylish platter. Pair with ranch, salsa, or your favorite dipping sauce. You can slice them in half for smaller bites at a party.
