Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking results.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Gently fold in the cooked egg noodles.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese into the mix, reserving a bit for topping.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the reserved cheeses and crushed crackers over the top of the casserole.
Baking
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
