Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated parmesan cheese, dry minced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Cooking
- Spread the creamy mixture generously over each chicken breast.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
Serving
- Slice the chicken into thick pieces and arrange it on a platter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add lemon juice or customize with herbs and spices. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
