Main Protein
  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breast halves Pat dry for better adhesion of coating.
Liquids/Dairy
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt Use full-fat for richer taste.
Cheese
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated) Provides creaminess and flavor.
Seasoning/Spice Blend
  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion Mix with mayonnaise for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Optional: fresh garlic can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley For added flavor and garnish.
  • ½ teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated parmesan cheese, dry minced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Cooking
  1. Spread the creamy mixture generously over each chicken breast.
  2. Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  3. Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
Serving
  1. Slice the chicken into thick pieces and arrange it on a platter.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add lemon juice or customize with herbs and spices. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
