Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into quarters, then slice each quarter into thin strips.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cabbage and sauté for about 10-12 minutes until it begins to wilt.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  6. Mix in the sun-dried tomatoes and herbs, then season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  7. Transfer everything to a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, remove the foil, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice. Customize with different vegetables like spinach or kale for variety. Serve with grilled chicken or fish for a protein boost.
