- Spoon the beef mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla, then fold them in half.
- Place the filled tacos on a baking sheet, top with shredded Cheddar cheese, and broil on high for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and serve warm.
