Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Increase the heat to medium-high and add chicken pieces. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  6. Pour the lemon-garlic sauce over the chicken in the skillet, stirring to coat evenly.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  9. Serve over rice, salad, or in wraps.
