Preparation
- Combine soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add marinaded chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from skillet and pour remaining marinade into the pan. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and toss for 1 minute.
Serving
- Slice chicken diagonally and serve with rice and vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for longer. Customize vegetables as needed. Serve with fresh herbs for added freshness.
