  • 2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese High-quality Swiss cheese for best flavor
  • 1/2 pound Sliced Corned Beef Deli Meat
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut Drained well before use
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tbsp Horseradish Sauce
  • 1 pinch Paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Arrange the cheese into 8 circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges of the cheese circles are starting to brown and crisp up.
Assembling Roll-Ups
  1. Stir together the dressing ingredients while the cheese is baking.
  2. Remove the cheese circles from the oven and let cool for 1 minute.
  3. Top each circle with slices of the corned beef, some sauerkraut, and a drizzle of the dressing.
  4. Quickly fold the cheese circles up over the filling before they have hardened and cooled down.
  5. Allow the roll-ups to cool and crisp up before serving.

Notes

Enhance flavor with spices like black pepper or garlic powder. Customize the filling with different meats or veggies. Best served warm but still enjoyable at room temperature.
