Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In the skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the salmon in the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Drizzle the lemon juice over the salmon just before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
