- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, rice vinegar, relish, sugar, and chili flakes (if using). Set aside.
- Prepare the frozen fries according to package directions until they are golden and crispy.
- In a pan over medium heat, add butter and neutral oil. Sauté the diced onions until they are soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
Assembly
- Once the fries are cooked, place them on a serving plate. Drizzle with the sauce, top with cheese, and add the sautéed onions.
