Method
- Make dough: Mix dry ingredients, add water and oil, knead 5-7 mins until elastic.
- First rise: Place in oiled bowl, cover, let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.
- Preheat oven: Set to 475°F with pizza stone/pan inside.
- Shape pizza: Punch down dough, stretch to 14-inch circle, form edge.
- Add toppings: Spread ½ cup sauce, add cheese and toppings (don't overload).
- Bake: 12-15 mins until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Rest: Let sit 2 minutes before slicing into 8-10 slices.
