Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water
For the Topping
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • Toppings of choice

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water and oil, knead until smooth (5-7 minutes).
  3. Let dough rise covered for 1-2 hours until doubled.
  4. Preheat oven to 475°F with pizza stone or pan inside.
  5. Roll dough into 12-inch circle on floured surface.
  6. Spread sauce, sprinkle cheese and add toppings.
  7. Transfer to hot stone/pan and bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Rest 2 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces.
