Method
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Add water and oil, knead until smooth (5-7 minutes).
- Let dough rise covered for 1-2 hours until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 475°F with pizza stone or pan inside.
- Roll dough into 12-inch circle on floured surface.
- Spread sauce, sprinkle cheese and add toppings.
- Transfer to hot stone/pan and bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Rest 2 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces.
