Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Place the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with olive oil for added flavor.
Assembly
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- Add the crumbled hot sausage on top of the cheese.
- Crumble feta cheese over the sausage.
- If using, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle hot honey over the pizza.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before slicing and serving!
Notes
Serve with extra hot honey on the side for those who like it spicy. Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or wrapped tightly and frozen for up to 3 months.
