  • 1 cup walnuts Can be substituted with cashews or almonds.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • Oil for frying Use as needed for frying.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Toss the shrimp in cornstarch and fry until golden.
  3. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, condensed milk, and lemon juice.
  4. After frying, drain the shrimp and coat them with the sauce.
  5. Add the candied walnuts.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
