Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by seasoning the cubed chicken with salt and pepper.

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and butter. Wait until the butter melts and bubbles.
  2. Add the chicken to the pan and sear for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and just cooked through.
  3. Once the chicken is browned, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in honey, chicken stock, lemon juice, and hot sauce if desired. Stir to combine and let it bubble for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
